The Microsoft Store at Pitt Street Mall—the company’s first flagship outside New York—required a refurbishment of global calibre and coordination. Featuring a two-storey glass façade, illuminated ceiling and a glass-tread staircase by architects Gensler, the project combined ambitious design with tight timelines and complex site logistics in the thick of Sydney.
Okane Group led the design and delivery, coordinating teams in multiple timezones, navigating access constraints and keeping decisions clear across fast-moving moments.
